The aim of this formula is the technical development of the participants. During the season we will cover all the tennis strokes in different tactical contexts in order to increase the mastery of all your strokes. The lessons are designed to be fun and progressive.

Cardio tennis
Who is it for? 18 years and older
When? Mondays from 12:30 to 13:30
How many times? One hour per week
How? 1 coach for 6 adults
Cardio Tennis is for adults of all levels, intermediate and competitive as well as beginners. Cardio Tennis is by definition a tennis lesson with music for 6 people. No frustration possible because there is no opposition.
With Cardio Tennis, technique becomes secondary, all attention is focused on physical exercise, reflexes and coordination with the objective of burning calories.

Adult Advanced Training
Who is it for? 18 years and older
When? Mondays from 1:30 to 3:00 pm or Fridays from 9:30 to 11:00 am
How many times? 1.5 hours per week
How? 1 coach for 5 adults
This formula aims to develop the technical and tactical skills of the participants. During the season we will cover all the tennis strokes in different tactical contexts in order to increase the mastery of all your strokes. The trainings are dynamic and based on open game situations.
